A quick morning routine can and will make a huge difference in your day and life. The tone that YOU! set first thing in the morning will be with you most of the day. So it does not have to be a long thing, and you can make your own groove.

HOW TO DRINK ROOIBOS TO GET THE HEALTH BENEFITS? ⇒
Boil the water.
Pour the water in a cup.
Put in your favorite brand of pure rooibos tea.
Leave it for 3-4 minutes.
Take out the tea bag (U can use it for many things – great story for another day)
Add sugar, honey or any sweetener and milk if you want to.
